Double win for Hum/Joe Glasman at Design Week Awards!

Dunning Eley Jones’ UKTV Style Gardens idents – directed by Jason Keeley with music by Joe Glasman at Hum – carried off two awards at the Design Week Awards ceremony last week. The work won ‘Best Film/TV Graphic Sequence’ and was runner up in ‘Best in Show.’

Creative Director Brian Eley at Dunning Eley Jones, said:

“Our work for UKTV Style Gardens relies heavily on Joe’s music. He created a musical equivalent to our playful use of garden tools, finding exactly the right musical genre for each sequence. Garden hoses become sleazy characters snaking through the undergrowth and trowels a chorus line of hip-swaying latin dancers. The visuals alone are not enough. A true collaboration between animator and composer.”
